Hand-tied vs K-tip vs tape-in extensions

There is no best extension method, only the one your hair can carry. Here is how the three we install actually differ, so you can walk into a consultation already knowing which questions to ask. Density decides more than budget. The single biggest factor is how much natural hair you have to anchor the install. Too much weight on too little hair is where damage comes from, and no method is exempt from that math. How you wear your hair matters. If you live in high ponytails and updos, individual strands hide better than rows. If you wear your hair down and want a big density jump, a row does more per hour of install time. Maintenance is the real cost. The install is the smaller half. Move-ups every six to twelve weeks, plus the right home care, are the ongoing commitment. We set your interval at the first appointment and book it before you leave.
