Agreement To These Terms

Using this website or booking a service means you accept these terms and our salon policies.

By browsing this website, submitting a consultation request, texting us, or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and to every policy published at dropdeadsalons.com/policies.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.

These terms apply to all guests. Where a signed service agreement (such as the extension installation agreement) covers the same subject, the signed agreement controls.

Service Terms & Price Estimates

Prices shown are starting estimates. Final pricing is confirmed at consultation and depends on your hair.

Prices published on this site are starting points, not quotes. Final pricing is confirmed in person and depends on hair length, density, history, and the time and product your service requires.

Results vary from guest to guest. Photos on this site show work performed on other guests and are not a guarantee of an identical outcome.

Adjustments, redos, and refunds are governed by the Service Adjustments, Refunds & Returns section of our salon policies at dropdeadsalons.com/policies.

Assumption Of Risk & Limitation Of Liability

Chemical services carry inherent risk. Please disclose your full hair and health history before we begin.

Color, lightening, chemical texture, and extension services carry inherent risks including breakage, unexpected tonal results, scalp sensitivity, and allergic reaction.

You are responsible for disclosing your complete hair history (including box color, henna, and prior chemical work), allergies, medications, and any scalp or health conditions before service. Undisclosed history is the most common cause of an unexpected result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drop Dead Salons' liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law.

Gift Cards, Promotions & Pricing Changes

Gift cards are non-refundable and carry no cash value. Promotions have eligibility limits and can change.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost. They may be used toward services and retail.

New clients only, redeemable during your first service appointment. It cannot be redeemed after your first service is performed, and cannot be applied to future appointments.

Promotions cannot be combined unless stated, are limited to one per guest unless stated, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Service and retail pricing may change without notice. The price confirmed with you at consultation or checkout is the price that applies.

Booking, Messaging & Third-Party Services

Booking runs through our scheduling provider. Texting is covered by our SMS Terms, data use by our Privacy Policy.

Online booking, appointment records, and payments are handled through our third-party salon management provider. Their availability and their own terms apply to that portion of your experience.

Text messaging from us is optional and governed by our SMS Terms at dropdeadsalons.com/sms-terms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance.

Message frequency varies. Appointment messages are sent as your appointments require, and promotional messages are typically 2 to 4 per month. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of booking or of any purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that any message will arrive.

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy at dropdeadsalons.com/privacy.

Age Requirement

Our text message program is for guests 18 or older. Minors are welcome in the salon with a guardian.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in you confirm that you are at least 18.

If we learn that a number belongs to someone under 18, we will remove it from all messaging programs.

Guests under 18 are welcome to receive salon services with a parent or guardian present and consenting, in line with our salon policies.

Support & Contact

Reach the front desk by phone or email for help with appointments, texts, or anything on this site.

Phone: (480) 548-1886. Email: contact@dropdeadsalon.com.

The front desk answers during salon business hours, and we aim to reply to messages the same business day.

For help with text messages, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details above and we will opt you out or answer any question about the program.

Concerns, Disputes & Governing Law

Tell us first. Most concerns are resolved in the salon, and we ask for the chance to make it right.

If something is not right, contact the salon directly and give us the opportunity to resolve it in good faith. The adjustment window in our salon policies is the fastest path to a fix.

Filing a chargeback in place of contacting us removes our ability to correct the work and may result in refusal of future service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
